Mark Shank

Mark Shank is a highly experienced attorney serving as Senior Counsel at Diamond McCarthy LLP since April 2018, with a focus on arbitration, mediation, and investigations. Prior to this role, Mark was the Managing Partner and Partner at Gruber Hail Johansen Shank LLP, where responsibilities included employment and commercial litigation, arbitration, and executive compensation from March 2009 to May 2018. Mark's previous experience includes partnership roles at K & L Gates, Hughes & Luce, LLP, and Clark West Keller Butler and Ellis, where Mark practiced for several years.
