Elisa Kalliokoski

Elisa Kalliokoski is an experienced professional currently serving as a Senior Specialist and Group Manager at Digi- ja väestötietovirasto (Finnish Digital Agency) since January 2020, with prior roles including Administrative Officer, Assistant Supervisor, and Departmental Secretary. As a Co-Founder of Semsai Grievance Technologies since October 2019, Elisa has also held the position of Departmental Secretary at the Local Register Office of Uusimaa from August 2017 to December 2019, and worked as a Project Coordinator and Trainee for the Finnish Wind Power Association from April 2016 to June 2017. Early career experience includes a role as Secretary at Helsingin maistraatti in 2014.
