Prior to this, Lorraine held positions at Make UK and Prospects, where Lorraine led policy positioning and research on innovation support, technology, and infrastructure. Lorraine's educational background includes a Master's in Public Policy from the University of Reading and a degree in Law and French from Lancaster University.
