Jessica Young has extensive experience in research and journalism, currently serving as the Director of Research at Digital Commerce 360 since January 2017, after advancing through various research roles within the organization. Prior to this role, Jessica worked as a freelance researcher, editor, fact checker, and data specialist for a wide range of clients, including the American Heart Association and Chicago Public Schools, from March 2010 to December 2016. Additional experience includes positions at The Chicago Reporter as a researcher and writer, GateHouse Media and Suburban Life Publications as a reporter, and research contributions for various publications, including the book "In the Hot Zone." Jessica holds a BS and MS in Journalism from Northwestern University, completed in 2005.
