Head of Marketing at Digital Workforce

Kristiina Åberg has extensive work experience in marketing and leadership roles. Kristiina started their career in 2003 as a Marketing Assistant at Biofile, where they were responsible for various marketing activities such as publicity, marketing communications, and managing distribution networks. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as a Consultant at Vaultface, handling side projects as a consultant.

In 2004, Kristiina joined GoodMood as a Training Coordinator, where they were involved in creating and commercializing training services, coordinating and conducting training courses for customers, partners, and internal teams. Kristiina also maintained support services and created product materials. Kristiina later became a Product Manager before being promoted to Marketing Director, a position they held until 2013.

In 2013, they joined DS Nordic as a Sales & Marketing Director and Partner, contributing to the company's sales and marketing strategies. After leaving DS Nordic in 2015, Kristiina became the CEO and Co-Founder of ViaNueva, where they played a key role in establishing and managing the company.

In 2015, they joined Digital Workforce Services Plc as the Head of Marketing, responsible for leading the organization's marketing efforts. In 2019, Kristiina moved to Front AI, where they currently serve as the Head of Marketing, overseeing the company's marketing activities.

Kristiina Åberg completed their education at the Turku School of Economics at the University of Turku from 1998 to 2003, earning a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Economics with a focus on Marketing/Marketing Management. In 2022, they attended the Turku Chamber of Commerce and obtained a certification as a Certified Board Member (Hyväksytty hallituksen jäsen, HHJ). Additionally, they obtained several other certifications outside of their formal education, including "HHJ (Hyväksytty hallituksen jäsen) i.e. CBM (Certified Board Member)" from Tampereen kauppakamari in 2023, "The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" from Google Digital Garage in 2022, "Yale - The Science of Well-Being" from Coursera in 2021, and "6-Week Growth Marketing Immersive - Live & Interactive Online Classroom Experience" from Growth Tribe Academy in 2020.
