Kasmira Pawa

Kasmira (Kas) Pawa is an accomplished business operations and management professional currently serving as Chief of Staff to the CEO and Vice President of Business Operations at DigitalOcean since August 2021, focusing on simplification of cloud computing for developers and businesses. Previously, Kasmira held pivotal roles at McKinsey & Company, including VP and Director of Business Operations, where expertise in leading multi-stakeholder projects and market evaluations contributed to cost and growth transformations. Additional experience includes positions at Goldman Sachs, CrossBoundary, and TechnoServe, along with a solid foundation in research during an internship at Paul Scherrer Institut.
