Rachel Loria has extensive experience in advocacy and education, currently serving as a Senior Advocate and Disability Rights Advocate at the disAbility Law Center of Virginia since June 2014. Prior roles include Partners in Policymaking Assistant at the Virginia Board for People with Disabilities from August 2011 to June 2014, and One on One Instructional Assistant at Richmond City Public Schools from November 2010 to June 2011. Rachel's earlier experience includes serving as a Front Desk Assistant at Christopher Newport University and an intern at the Partnership for People with Disabilities, focusing on self-advocacy projects and outreach. Rachel holds a Master's degree in Education with a specialization in Early Childhood Special Education from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Leadership, and Religious Studies from Christopher Newport University.
