Bruno Santos began their work experience in 2007 as a Chef de partie at Hilton Hotels & Resorts. Bruno worked in this role until 2016. In 2019, Bruno worked as a Formador at Escola hotelaria e turismo algarve for a year, until 2020. Bruno then joined Tivoli Hotels & Resorts as a Chef De Partie, where they worked until July 2021. From June 2021 until May 2023, Bruno worked as a Sous chef at 3HB Hotels. Currently, they are employed as the Head Chef at Discovery Hotel Management, starting in May 2023.
