Pooja Bhatia

Pooja Bhatia has worked in a variety of roles since 2003. Pooja began their career at GENPACT as a Senior Process Associate, where their responsibilities included training other people, managing corporate trainings, and providing MIS reporting to customers in the US. In 2006, they moved to United Health Group as an Assistant Manager, where they handled operations teams and MIS reporting for the entire platform. Pooja then moved to Accretive Solutions in 2010 as an Assistant Manager, where they were responsible for migrating AR denial business for 20 FTEs from Boston and managing operations with a span of 85+ people. In 2013, they joined EXL Service as a Project Manager. Two years later, they moved to e4e Healthcare Business Services as a General Manager-Projects, where they were responsible for end to end transitions, solutioning, RFP, site set up, healthcare, coding, billing, and AR follow up. Most recently, in 2016, they joined Diskriter Inc. as a General Manager Transitions (Project based).

Pooja Bhatia's education history includes a Bachelor's degree from Bhartiya Bidya Bhavan (2010-2011), a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from KNC (Delhi University) (1996-1999), a 12th from DAV school, Faridabad (1996-1999), and two Master of Business Administration (MBA) degrees from SCDL (Pune) in Human Resources Management and Services (2002-2004) and HR and Ops Management (no dates provided).
