Steven T.

Steven T. is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in data science, machine learning, and applied mathematics. Currently, Steven serves as a Founding Team member and Applied Customer Engineer at Distributional since August 2023. Previous roles include consulting and content development at Pinecone, software engineering focused on algorithms and machine learning at Evolv Technologies, and as a data scientist specializing in client algorithms at Stitch Fix, where Steven contributed to conversion funnel optimization. Additional experience includes senior data scientist roles at Postmates Inc. and leadership in machine learning services at SigOpt. Steven has also worked in analytics and data science at Boost Media and Hunt, with a solid foundation in mathematics education as a lecturer at USC and Cal Poly, SLO. Steven holds a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from the University of Southern California, as well as a Master's degree from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
