Jan-Philipp Schmid has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jan-Philipp is currently working at Diversey as the Global Business Development Director for the Cruise sector, where they are responsible for developing and implementing strategies across multiple functions. Prior to this, they worked as the Business Development Manager at Diversey, focusing on sales and support activities.

Before joining Diversey, Jan-Philipp Schmid worked at AIDA Cruises for several years. Jan-Philipp served as the General Manager/Hotel Director, overseeing hotel operations. Jan-Philipp also held the position of Hotel Manager and began their career with the company as a Management Trainee/Junior Hotel Manager.

Earlier in their career, Jan-Philipp Schmid worked at TUI as Guest Host, responsible for providing excellent guest service experiences and analyzing customer feedback. Jan-Philipp also worked at Green Oasis Tours & Travels Services as a Guest Host, where they provided high-class service and analyzed customer feedback.
