Gro Gotteberg

Gro Gotteberg is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in organizational, leadership, and team development. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at DNV since September 2008, Gro has held various HR leadership roles within the organization, including HR Director for the Asia Pacific Middle East and Oil & Gas divisions. Prior experience includes positions as Vice President of Global Competence Development at Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics and Senior Consultant at Mercuri International Norge A/S. Gro's extensive expertise in facilitation and training is further underscored by a previous role as Senior Principal Consultant at Det Norske Veritas. Gro holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Economy from the Norwegian School of Economics, obtained between 1984 and 1990.
