Christina M. Hoffman

Christina Hoffman has over 25 years of work experience. Christina started their career in 1994 as a Financial Coordinator at Keystone Human Services. From 1997 to 1998, they worked as a Junior Accountant at Wilmac Corporation. In 1998, they joined Diakon Lutheran Social Ministries as a Program Accountant. In 2002, they became a Principal at McKonly & Asbury, where they worked until 2009. At McKonly & Asbury, they specialized in accounting and auditing. In 2009, Christina joined Donegal Insurance Group as the Senior Vice President of Internal Audit. In 2019, they were promoted to the role of Senior Vice President & Chief Risk Officer at the same company.

Christina Hoffman received a BS/BA in Accounting from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania in 1996. Christina also obtained additional certifications including Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) in 2013, Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) in 2006, and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 2004.
