Tijana Rabrenovic

Tijana Rabrenovic has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Tijana currently works as a Junior Quality Analyst at Doodle, starting in July 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Interpreter at Studio za jezike BEARA from May 2002 to January 2023.

In 2017, Tijana joined Dominion Voting Systems, where they held the positions of QA Analyst I from May 2018 to July 2022 and Technical Writer from May 2017 to May 2018. Before that, they briefly worked as an Ecommerce Manager at StuntCoders in 2017.

Tijana also has experience in field service and logistics management as an Exception Service Planner at NCR Corporation from June 2015 to January 2017, and as an Intelligent Dispatch Service Planner from September 2013 to January 2017.

Earlier in their career, Tijana worked as a Customer Care Representative at The Body Shop from October 2012 to September 2013. Tijana also served as a Delegate at HR Experience 2 in 2012.

In 2011, Tijana worked as a Client Executive and Office Assistant at Grayling PR Agency. Tijana has also worked as an Attache at the 25th Summer Universiade in 2009 and the Eurovision Song Contest in 2008.

Tijana Rabrenovic has a Master's degree in Information Systems and Technology, which they obtained from the Faculty of Organisational Sciences from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the Belgrade University Faculty of Philology between 2006 and 2012. In addition to their formal education, Tijana has obtained certifications in various areas such as Building Business Relationships from Lynda.com and several front-end and coding courses from Code School. Tijana also holds a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from NCR Corporation.
