Vikki Sultana

Vikki Sultana currently serves as Senior Counsel for Industrial Relations at DoorDash since October 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Special Counsel and Senior Associate at Ai Group Workplace Lawyers from July 2019 to October 2024, and a secondment as National Employee Relations Manager at McDonald's in 2020. Additional positions held include Senior Employee Relations & Management Adviser at Transport for NSW and Workplace Relations Lawyer at both Local Government NSW and HIA Limited. Vikki began legal career as a Summer Clerk at Addisons. Academic qualifications include an Accredited Mediator certification from The College of Law Australia, a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice also from The College of Law Australia, and a dual degree of Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) and Bachelor of Laws (Hons, Class 1) from Macquarie University. Vikki completed education at Newtown High School of the Performing Arts.
