Gordana Milkovic

Gordana Milkovic has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role being the Head of HR Shared Services at dormakaba. Prior to that, they worked as the Leiterin HR Services at Kistler Group and as the HR Bereichsverantwortliche & Fachverantwortliche HR Administration at QUALIPET AG. Gordana also held the position of Head of Human Resources at Hapa AG and served as a Recruiting Specialist at Sun Microsystems. Earlier in their career, they worked as an HR Manager at Sharp Electronics and as the Head Office Management at IT Divisions AG. Gordana began their career as an HR Professional & Commercial Apprentice Supervisor at Tägi AG.

Gordana Milkovic attended Personalfachschule AKAD from 2007 to 2008, where they studied HR Management. Prior to that, they completed their education at Commercial Business School from 1995 to 1998. Gordana also attended Linguistic High School from 1990 to 1995. Additionally, they completed a Commercial Apprentice Supervisor Training program in 1995.
