Araya Pipatthanapramote

Araya Pipatthanapramote is an experienced professional in sales operations and customer service, currently serving as the Sales Operations Manager for Asia at Dormer Pramet since May 2023. Previously, Araya held the position of Customer Service Manager for the APAC region at Villeroy & Boch from September 2017 to May 2023, and worked at Mercedes-Benz (Thailand) Ltd. as TCM & CS Manager from September 2015 to September 2017. Araya’s career also includes roles as Customer Service Leader at Kennametal from July 2009 to August 2015, Senior Customer Service Coordinator at Tyco Electronics/Madison Cable (now TE Connectivity) from September 2006 to June 2009, and Customer Service Representative at Sefar Group from May 1999 to August 2006. Araya holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from the University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce.
