Amanda L.

Amanda L. has had a varied career in the software and healthcare industries. Amanda began their career in 2005 as a Contract Administrator at NEC Unified Solutions and a Human Resource Coordinator at HEALTHSOUTH REHABILITATION HOSPITAL OF FORT WORTH LLC. In 2010, they joined HMS as an Operations Quality Assurance Analyst III and Audit Coordinator. In 2013, they moved to Conifer Health Solutions as an Integrated Business Analyst. In 2015, they became an Implementation Project Manager II at WageWorks. Finally, in 2017, they took on the role of Implementation/Customer Success Manager at Dovetail Software, where they are responsible for leading multidimensional software implementation projects and developing valuable client relationships.

Amanda L. is currently enrolled at the University of Maryland - Asian Division. Amanda has obtained five certifications: Engagement Preparation Best Practices for Customer Success Management from LinkedIn in November 2021, Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn in November 2021, PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training from PeopleCert Education in June 2021, Project Management Foundations from LinkedIn in June 2021, and COVID-19 Contact Tracing from Coursera in June 2020.
