Galit Israel Lehmann has a diverse work experience in the field of People and Culture. Galit most recently worked at Draftea as a People & Culture Manager, where they led the team responsible for creating the first Daily Fantasy Sports platform in the Spanish-speaking world. Prior to that, they were the Head of People & Culture at Mercat, where they oversaw the hiring, wellness programs, and talent management for the company. Galit also worked at Cornershop by Uber, first as an HRBP leading recruitment and talent attraction strategies, and later as a Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist specializing in technology profiles. Galit began their professional career as a Recruitment & Selection Consultant at Digital.Talents, focusing on IT roles. Additionally, they gained experience as a Teaching Assistant in Human Resource Management at Universidad Diego Portales.
