Elizabeth Mbassakou

Elizabeth Mbassakou possesses extensive experience in education and recruitment, currently serving as the Senior Recruitment and Selection Manager at DREAM (formerly Harlem RBI) since May 2021. Prior to this role, Elizabeth held positions at Uncommon Schools as a 6th Grade History Teacher from July 2016 to June 2021, and at KIPP Columbus as a 6th-8th Grade PE Teacher from July 2019 to August 2020. Elizabeth’s teaching background also includes roles as a Social Studies Teacher at Crystal River Middle School and Swift Creek Middle School. Elizabeth holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Florida State University and a Bachelor's degree in Education from the same institution.
