Inbar Sagi Zimlichman

Inbar Sagi Zimlichman has extensive work experience in human resources and organizational consulting. Inbar is currently the Head of Global Human Resources at DreaMed Diabetes since October 2021. Previously, they served as the Head of Human Resources at Earlysense from February 2016 to January 2021, where they managed various HR functions and developed HR policies and procedures. Before that, they founded and served as CEO at Sagi Organizational Solutions from November 2009 to January 2016, providing global HR consultancy services. Inbar also held positions such as Director of Global HR at PeerApp from October 2013 to February 2015, and Training Programs Development Manager (temporary) at IDC Herzliya's Executive Education from April 2013 to September 2013. Inbar's prior experience includes roles as HR Business Partner and Training and OD Manager at Objet Geometries from January 2007 to May 2009, Organizational Consultant at LOTEM from July 2005 to May 2009, and Training & Recruiting Manager at Hazera Genetics in 2005. Inbar began their career as a Psychologist at Adam-Milo from May 2000 to July 2005, where they contributed to innovation and improvement of candidate evaluation processes.

Inbar Sagi Zimlichman holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Haifa, which was obtained between 1997 and 1999. Inbar went on to pursue a Bachelor of Social Work degree at Tel-Aviv University from 2001 to 2002. In 2003, Inbar pursued a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology at Bar-Ilan University, which was completed in 2005. Inbar also attended Harvard University Extension School from 2010 to 2011, although no specific degree or field of study is provided for this period.
