Silvia Mariotti has over a decade of experience in procurement and business development roles. Silvia'smost recent position was as the Director of Global Procurement at Drew Marine, where they led strategic sourcing initiatives, managed vendor relationships, and optimized procurement strategies. Prior to this, they served as a Procurement Manager at New England Airfoil Products Inc. and RUAG, where they demonstrated proficiency in procurement planning and achieved significant cost savings. Silvia also has experience in business development at companies like Softec S.p.A. and NoosaLab, as well as a role as a Business Analyst at Samsung Electronics.

Silvia Mariotti completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a focus on Art, Culture, and Communication industries at Università Bocconi in 2009. In the same year, they also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Maastricht University. Subsequently, they obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Università Bocconi in 2012.
