Celia W. Lopes

Celia W. Lopes has a diverse work experience starting from 2010. Celia began their career as an International Business Line Consultant at Manpower Professional, where they spearheaded the Cross Border Project in Portugal. Celia then worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Undutchables Recruitment Agency, focusing on new business development and conducting interviews with candidates.

After that, Celia joined Brunel as an Accountmanager IT, where they managed accounts related to information technology. Celia then moved to Segula Technologies Nederland BV, where they served as a Corporate Recruiter (International) and Communication Specialist. Celia'sresponsibilities included corporate recruitment, employer branding, marketing and communication activities, and building relationships with universities and alumni networks.

Celia also worked at KIVI as an Account Coördinator, where they were responsible for managing the KIVI office at the Technical University of Eindhoven and coordinating activities for KIVI members in the Brainport region.

Celia then joined Brainport Development as a Project Coordinator for the Talent Attraction Program, where they analyzed and advised on various aspects of the program aimed at attracting tech and IT talent to the Brainport Eindhoven region.

Most recently, Celia worked as an HR Manager at Drieam, where they held a leadership role in human resources.

Celia W. Lopes completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology at ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, from 2004 to 2007. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Social and Organizational Psychology at the same institution, from 2007 to 2009.
