Rafiat Fijabi

Rafiat Fijabi ACIPM, HRPL, is a Human Resources Analyst at Workforce Group since June 2022, responsible for updating the database of new hires, communicating HR procedures, preparing deployment letters, processing exit letters, and engaging employees through various initiatives. Previously, Rafiat served as an Employee Relations Officer, supporting employee requests, managing leave records, and providing training sessions. Rafiat also gained experience as a Production Intern at Queens Agromax Enterprise, focusing on the processing and packaging of food products, and as a Quality Control Assistant at Fluffy Dough Bakeries, where skills in bread production and recipe development were enhanced. Rafiat holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Food Engineering from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, earned between 2015 and 2020.
