Joey Carter has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Joey began their career as a Food and Beverage Assistant at BrookLodge & Macreddin Village in 2013, and then moved to Carton House where they held various positions such as Food and Beverage Assistant, Conference and Events Supervisor, Head Bartender, Assistant Bar Manager, Bar Manager, and Assistant Food and Beverage Operations Manager. In 2020, they joined Druids Glen Hotel & Golf Resort as a Bar Manager, and later became the Director of Operations in 2023. Joey also worked as the Director of Food and Beverage at Glenlo Abbey Hotel & Estate from 2022 to 2023.
Joey Carter obtained a Bachelor's degree in History from Maynooth University. This academic pursuit spanned from the year 2011 to 2013.
