Heidi Soltis

Heidi Bennett is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software development and engineering management. Currently serving as the Founder of everychart since August 2024, Bennett previously held the position of Software Engineering Manager at Disney Streaming from August 2021 to August 2024, where significant contributions were made to optimize software development workflows and build a data aggregation platform for the SDLC data layer. Prior to that role, Bennett was a Lead Software Engineer at Hulu from April 2019 to August 2024, where an automated continuous planning framework was developed to enhance portfolio management. Bennett's career began at AT&T, serving as a VOD Engineer/Product Owner from June 2015 to March 2019, leading cross-functional teams to improve content management and playback capabilities.
