Martine van Dusseldorp

Martine van Dusseldorp is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in business ethics and compliance. Currently serving as the Global Business Ethics and Compliance Lead and Senior Legal Counsel for dsm-firmenich since June 2017, Martine has a strong background in legal counsel from positions held at DSM and EBN B.V. from 1998 to 2017. Martine also serves as a board member for Natuurrijk Limburg since January 2023 and has a history of practicing law at Boels Zanders Advocaten and Stibbe in Amsterdam. Academically, Martine holds a Master of Laws from Maastricht University and has earned Erasmus certificates in European law from Lund University, complemented by ongoing education at the European Centre on Privacy & Cybersecurity.
