Neil Durnan

Neil Durnan has worked in the field of international development for over 15 years. Neil started their career as a Program Officer at the National Democratic Institute (NDI), where they worked for five years on democracy and governance programs in Africa and Asia. In 2012, they joined Chemonics International as the Director of the Program Management Unit. Neil oversaw the implementation of large-scale development projects in Africa, Asia, and Latin America. In 2021, they joined DT Global as the Director of Program Excellence. In this role, they are responsible for ensuring the quality and impact of DT Global's development programs around the world.

A direct report to Neil Durnan is and Juan Pablo Castro - Senior Program Excellence Advisor. They work with Louise Williams - Senior Director for Economic Growth, Mel Dunn - Chief Strategy Officer, and Suraj Rana - Managing Director. Neil Durnan reports to Torge Gerlach, CEO.
