Johan van 'T Hag

Johan Van 't Hag is an experienced executive with a strong background in finance and operations. Currently serving as ExCo Member and COO for Global Cut Flowers, Annuals, Perennials, and Potplants EMEA at Dümmen Orange since February 2020, Johan has previously held the role of CFO for two private equity healthcare investments, Arts en Zorg and Mentaal Beter, from January 2013 to September 2019. Prior experience at Unilever spans a decade, where Johan held various finance leadership positions including Finance Director for Savoury Europe and Global Sales Finance Director. Earlier career roles include Senior Strategy Consultant at Bain & Company and various finance-related positions at Unilever Europe. Johan holds degrees in Chartered Control and Corporate Governance from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and Erasmus School of Economics, respectively, following an earlier education at the University of Groningen.
