Tina Montemayor

Tina Montemayor has had a diverse career starting as an intern and copywriter at Creativeworks Marketing & Advertising Agency in 2005. Tina later worked as a junior copywriter at Copia Creative, followed by an assistant media buyer role at Media Design Group. Tina then transitioned to PR roles at Harden Communications Partners LLC, handling a range of responsibilities from executive assistance to PR account management. Tina then founded Winston Montemayor Advertising, where they served as a founder, communications executive, and creative director. Tina also worked at Cutwater, serving in various roles, including head of talent. Currently, they are the principal designer and owner of Tina Montemayor Design, specializing in bespoke interiors for change makers and receiving recognition in various publications. At Duncan Channon, Tina held key positions as senior creative services manager and recruiter, equity manager, and director of creative talent acquisition. Throughout their career, Tina has showcased their skills in creative services, recruiting, talent acquisition, and design.

Tina Montemayor holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Advertising with a minor in Psychology from San Jose State University. In 2000, they completed a program in Interior Design at Mission Valley Regional Occupational Program. Tina also graduated from John F. Kennedy High School with a focus on College Prep. In 2017, Tina obtained certifications in SHRM Essentials of Human Resources and California HR from the Society for Human Resource Management.
