Hannah Barnatt

Hannah Barnatt has a diverse work experience. Hannah began their career at Argos in 1999 as a Sales Manager, where they worked until November 2005. In 2008, they joined Dunelm as an Assistant Manager and worked their way up to Store Manager before transitioning into a role as a People Manager in 2017. In this role, they closely collaborated with 23 stores and 2 area managers to promote the people agenda, focusing on colleague engagement, LTO, and succession. After two years, they became a Human Resources Business Partner in 2019 and then transitioned to the role of Regional Coach in 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Head of People Business Partnering - Retail at Dunelm since April 2023.
