Sarah Polster

Sarah Polster is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in cost accounting and financial management. Currently serving as a Senior Cost Accountant at Dutchland since July 2022, Sarah previously held various finance roles, including Finance Manager at Arla Foods and Internal Control and Cost Analyst at Nemak. Additional experience includes positions as a Cost Accountant at Orion Energy Systems Inc and Plant Accountant at Johnsonville Sausage. Earlier in their career, Sarah worked at Sargento Foods as a Cost/Budget Manager and Cost Analyst, and at Paul Flagg Leather Company as a Cost Accounting Manager. Sarah Polster holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Lakeland University.
