Wastewater Networks Project Lead at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water

Kirsty Duffield has a work experience primarily in the water industry. Kirsty started their career at Kelda Water Services in 2008 as an Energy Support Assistant, where they set up the reporting and administrative support function for the Energy team. Kirsty worked with stakeholders to improve data quality for analysis and managed the transition of data and reporting to Dwr Cymru Welsh Water in 2010. At Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water, Kirsty held various roles, including Energy Data Technician (Operations) from 2010 to 2018, where they performed energy data analysis and reporting and managed electricity metering projects. From 2018 to present, they served as an Energy Data Technician (Projects), providing project support and process improvement. Kirsty is currently working as the Wastewater Networks Project Lead.

Kirsty Duffield's education history includes a GCSE in Spanish from Coleg Gwent in 2009 and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Geography from the University of Plymouth from 1995 to 1998. In 1995, they also obtained 2 A levels in Geography and Sociology from Olchfa Comprehensive School. Additionally, in August 2022, Kirsty obtained certifications in PRINCE2® 2017 Practitioner from AXELOS Global Best Practice and PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner Certification Training from PeopleCert.
