Suzanne Johnson

Suzanne Johnson is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and governance. Serving as Senior Counsel in the Corporate Finance Practice Group at Dykema since March 2017, Suzanne specializes in counseling and negotiating strategic partner relationships for General Motors' Global Connected Consumer (GCCX) group, particularly in IT, human services, and connected vehicle technologies. Additionally, Suzanne has provided legal support for OnStar LLC since 2014, focusing on contract structuring and negotiation. As Of Counsel at Sowell Law Partners, responsibilities include corporate governance and consulting for small to mid-sized businesses and nonprofit entities.
