Matthew Demarr

Matthew DeMarr has extensive experience in the field of Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) analysis and project management. Currently serving as a Senior FOIA Analyst Project Manager at Dynamis, Inc. since November 2020, Matthew previously held multiple roles at AECOM from July 2012 to November 2020, including Team Lead, Senior FOIA Analyst, and Junior Analyst/Specialist. Matthew earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in American History from the University of Mary Washington, completing studies in 2010.
