Kevin Appel

Kevin Appel is an experienced mechanical systems integrator with a robust background in vacuum technology and cryogenics. Currently employed at Dynavac since May 2017, Kevin specializes in assembling and integrating customized high vacuum systems for various applications including space simulation. Prior to this role, Kevin worked as a Senior Cryogenics Lab Technician at Janis Research Company, LLC, where responsibilities included assembling, wiring, and testing ultra low temperature cryogenic research equipment. Kevin's career began at AJA International as a Thin Film/Vacuum System Technician, focusing on the construction and testing of thin film deposition systems. Kevin holds an Associate of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Technology/Technician from Wentworth Institute of Technology, obtained in 1999.
