Sergey Bulatov is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources across various sectors, including fintech and financial services. Currently serving as the Head of Talent at Dzing Finance since September 2021, Sergey has played a pivotal role in scaling the neobank and building a robust HR team to support its rapid growth. Prior to this, Sergey held key positions such as Recruitment Director at Regency Advisers, where a specialization in sourcing senior executives was established, and Senior Consultant at Magnum Hunt Executive Search, leading financial services recruitment efforts in the UK and Russia.
