Hillary Lyon

Hillary Lyon currently serves as AVP, Assistant General Counsel at E.L.F. BEAUTY, having previously held the position of Senior Corporate & Securities Counsel at YETI. At YETI, responsibilities included the preparation and legal review of SEC filings, corporate governance materials, and support for corporate transactions. Prior experience includes serving as Corporate Counsel at Fossil Group, Inc., focusing on SEC filings and transactional documents, and as a Corporate Associate at Thompson & Knight LLP, where representation involved corporate and securities matters for various clients. Early career experience includes an account executive role at Euro RSCG, managing marketing campaigns for Yum! Brands, Inc. Hillary Lyon earned a Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law and holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees from Southern Methodist University in Advertising Management and Latin American Studies, with additional minors in Political Science and Spanish.
