Julio Hinkson

Julio Hinkson is a Technical Support Engineer II at eMDs since October 2021, previously serving as an IT Support Specialist. Prior to eMDs, Julio Hinkson worked at Dell from December 2017 to March 2021 as a 3rd Party Software Specialist, focusing on complex deal closures and customer account management. Earlier experience includes a contractor position at Pyramid Consulting, Inc. and roles as a cashier at HEB and a sales consultant at Sears, Roebuck and Co. Julio Hinkson holds a Bachelor's degree in Game and Simulation Programming from DeVry University and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Software Development at Austin Community College.
