Petr Dvořáček

Petr Dvořáček is an experienced HR Expert specializing in Training & Development at E.ON CZ since April 2017, focusing on digital initiatives and strategic projects for learning and development. Petr has held roles of increasing responsibility, including a provisional position as Head of Learning and Development, where oversight of a six-member team and key areas such as talent management and diversity were undertaken. Prior to these roles, Petr contributed as an HR Learning Specialist, implementing competency models and supporting various learning projects. Alongside HR expertise, Petr operates as a freelance photographer, covering weddings and events, and possesses a strong academic background, holding both a Master's degree in Business/Commerce and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice.
