Subha Santhrasekaran

Subha Santhrasekaran has extensive work experience in human resources and business development. Subha is currently serving as the Senior Vice President- Global Human Resources at E2open since November 2021. Prior to this, they held various roles at E2open, including Vice President, HR APAC, Area Vice President, Global Human Resources, Senior Director, Global Human Resources, Director, Human Resources, and Senior Manager, Human Resources. Before joining E2open, Subha worked as the Regional Human Resource Manager at Logica Malaysia Sdn Bhd from June 2006 to August 2010. Subha also worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Manpower from February 2004 to May 2006 and as a Business Development Consultant at SCS Computer Systems Sdn Bhd from October 2002 to January 2004. Their earliest work experience was as an Account Manager at AIT Sdn Bhd from August 1996 to September 2002.

Subha Santhrasekaran holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in International Business from the University of East London. Subha also completed an International Diploma in Computer Studies, majoring in Computer Programming, at NCC Education. Additionally, they participated in the Strategic Human Resource Planning Executive Education program at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
