Edward Freeman is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in the healthcare, mining, and engineering sectors. As Co-Owner of E4 Recruitment since 2012, Edward has focused on building strong relationships between job seekers and employers in the healthcare industry. Prior to this, Edward served as a Senior Consultant at Nascent Group from 2005 to 2012, where responsibilities included providing recruitment solutions for metalliferous and coal mines both in Australia and internationally. Edward's career in recruitment began with a role as a Recruitment Consultant, specializing in engineering recruitment, which involved close collaboration with company directors to enhance staffing strategies for the Australian engineering field. Edward's educational background includes studies at The Deanes from 1994 to 1999.
