Dave A Roberts

Dave A Roberts has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Dave A currently holds the position of Managing Director - EA VisNet at EA Technology since April 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Commercial Director and Technical Director at the same company. As the Director - Smart Interventions from November 2015 to November 2019, they led EA Technology's Consultancy and Software activity, focusing on improving strategic choices for energy network owners and operators. Dave also worked as the Business Development Director, Future Networks Director, and Sustainable Networks Director during their tenure at EA Technology. Before joining EA Technology, Dave worked at ScottishPower, where they held various roles such as Strategic Market Development Manager, Technology Manager, 132kV operational engineer, and Graduate trainee. Dave A'searly career started with an apprenticeship at Octel Corporation.

Dave A Roberts received a HNC degree in General Engineering from West Cheshire College from 1993 to 1997. Dave A then pursued their MEng degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering at Cardiff University/Prifysgol Caerdydd from 1997 to 2001. Additionally, they obtained the certifications CEng FIET and CEng MIET from the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) in 2020 and 2009 respectively.
