Daniel Wohlberg

Daniel Wohlberg is a Principal at Eagle Point Credit Management, specializing in structured credit analysis and negotiation of complex credit structures since February 2015. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate at Dechert LLP, providing legal counsel on structured finance transactions, and at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP, managing teams for structured note platforms and advising on various offerings. Daniel Wohlberg began a career in law as a Judicial Intern with Hon. Elizabeth Stong and Hon. Charles P. Sifton, and held multiple legal internships prior to completing a J.D. at Brooklyn Law School in 2010, after earning a B.S. in Psychology and Business Administration from Stony Brook University in 2007.
