Michael Schuhlein

Michael Schuhlein is an experienced equipment management professional with a career spanning over three decades in the heavy equipment industry. Currently serving as Equipment Manager at The Earle Companies since September 2019, Michael oversees a diverse fleet operation while leading comprehensive equipment management initiatives. Previous roles include Vice President of Heavy Equipment at Petillo Inc., Equipment Manager at J. Fletcher Creamer & Son, and Equipment Manager at Blue Diamond Disposal, where responsibilities included transitioning fleets to alternative fuel sources and developing maintenance programs. Michael began their career at Tilcon New York, Inc., where Michael also held the position of Equipment Manager. Michael holds an Associate of Science degree from Johnson and Wales College.
