Eric Cruz

Eric Cruz is a dedicated professional with a strong background in community outreach and support. Currently serving as a Family Specialist and Eligibility Coordinator at the Early Learning Coalition of Hillsborough County since October 2018, Eric also holds the position of Community Outreach Producer at Avenue Tampa, Inc. beginning in February 2024, where a focus on community culture and support through faith and action is emphasized. Prior experience includes roles as a Deputy Field Organizer for the Florida Democratic Party and an Avid Tutor for Pasco County Schools. Eric is academically accomplished, having earned a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of South Florida, along with a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and an Associate of Arts degree in the same field from Pasco-Hernando State College. Education was completed with a High School Diploma from Pasco High School.
