Rachel Leonard

Rachel Leonard serves as the Development Program Lead at EarthDaily Agro, where responsibilities include facilitating requirements traceability throughout the project development life cycle and monitoring critical service delivery reporting. Previously, Rachel worked as a Business Analyst, collaborating with clients to elicit requirements and liaising with offshore development teams. Rachel also has experience in IT operations and support, having provided operational assistance to a major global client. Earlier roles include GIS Technician at Pro-West & Associates, Inc., and IT Helpdesk student assistant at the College of Saint Benedict/Saint John's University. Rachel holds a Master's degree in Geographic Information Science from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree in Biology, Philosophy, and Environmental Studies from the College of Saint Benedict.
