Brett van Zuiden

Brett van Zuiden serves as the Chief Information Officer at Summit Public Schools since October 2022, where collaborative efforts with analysts, engineers, and operators aim to enhance student support through effective systems and insights. In addition to this role, Brett holds the position of Board Chair at East Bay Innovation Academy, leading an innovative charter network for middle and high school students. Previous experience includes serving as Product Lead at Outschool, where contributions focused on learner-centered products, and PM Lead at Clever Inc., where Brett developed a new business line and team. Earlier roles include Product Manager at IFTTT, Founder & CEO of Filestack, and software engineering internships at Google and iControl Networks. Brett van Zuiden earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and participated in Y Combinator.
