Vladimir Bychkov

Vladimir Bychkov has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Vladimir began their career in 1994 as a Software Developer and network administrator at CenterProgrammSystem, where they designed and programmed user interfaces and provided support to other developers. Vladimir then worked as a Systems Analyst and software developer at Informax, where they developed complex UI components and decoding algorithms for business graphics. At Segue Technologies, they served as a Senior Software Engineer, contributing to projects such as the Scholarship Management application and the FiveGuys franchise website redesign. As a Principal Software Engineer at Applied Information Sciences, Vladimir participated in enterprise-wide infrastructure modernization and worked on the development of an enterprise security service for a major insurance provider. Currently, they hold positions at EastBanc Technologies, starting as Deputy Head of Engineering and then progressing to Director of Client Success, Technical Program Manager, and Engineering Manager. In these roles, they have managed client accounts, led technical programs and teams, developed and adjusted strategies, and implemented processes to evaluate account performance.
