Dina Condakes

Dina Condakes has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Dina has been working at Eastern Bank since 2019, first as an Equity Processor from February 2019 to May 2021, and then as a Compliance Analyst from May 2021 to present.

Prior to their role at Eastern Bank, Dina worked at Harvard University from March 2016 to February 2019 as a Mortgage Processor for the Harvard University Employees Credit Union.

Before that, Dina had a long tenure at Sun Life Financial, starting in 1997. During their time there, they held several positions including Meetings Consultant in Conference Services from January 2007 to December 2012, Manager of College Relations & Sales Recruiting in Group Insurance from October 2003 to December 2006, Sr. Human Resources Administrator in Group Insurance from March 1999 to October 2003, Premium Administrator in Group Insurance from April 1998 to March 1999, and Customer Service Specialist in Group Insurance from June 1997 to April 1998.

These roles at Sun Life Financial involved managing meetings, negotiating savings on meeting expenditures, conducting destination research/recommendations, managing recruiting initiatives, fostering relationships with hiring managers and colleges/universities, partnering with hiring managers, completing the hiring process, facilitating company college recruitment programs, reconciling accounts, instructing policyholders, providing customer service support, and assisting with training new hires.

Dina Condakes attended Revere High School from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a High School Diploma with High Honors. Following that, they went on to study at the College of the Holy Cross from 1993 to 1997 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Classics & Political Science. In 2003, Dina also received additional certifications: an Associate, Customer Service certification and a LOMA Level 1 Certificate, both from LOMA.
